Over on the World of Warcraft forums, Cursethyfoe of the Cenarius server has an interesting idea for the folks at Blizzard (or Activision Blizzard, as the two companies are now called), and it involves bringing some of the innovations they've brought from the expansions into the lower levels: low-level daily quests
To help in earning gold and gaining experience, Cursethyfoe suggests the creation of low-leveled daily quests, much like the daily quests used for reputation and cash by higher-leveled players. He even suggested some specific tweaks to an existing quest to hunt down Satyrs for their horns, as well as creating one for skilled fishermen to bring in 20 of any type of fish.
While the idea is inventive, Bornakk chimes in with an observation regarding the money-making abilities of lower-leveled characters:
While adding more quests to lower levels isn't necessarily a bad idea, by continually going through all of the quests that are available and leveling with them, we haven't seen any big issues with people building up money.
That being said though, we certainly like the idea of more quests, as well as an easier way to make money. Kudos to Cursethyfoe for the idea, at least.
