Based on Microsoft's Visual Studio, the AddOn Studio is a GUI-based editor that allows you to create your own custom AddOns compatible with the latest patch of WoW that you can use in the game.

Since the application is based on an open-source platform, AddOn Studio is free to download from their website at CodePlex.
