Blizzard wants your help in stopping high latency - Image 1Over on the European World of Warcraft technical support forums, Gelmkar has posted an announcement asking for player assistance in figuring out what's been causing the heightened latency recently.

Gelmkar, a Blizzard representative, is asking folks to provide pertinent information regarding their location and connection so that the information can be forwarded to Blizzard's network team.

If you noticed your connection having increased latency recently, you may want to head on over to the forum post linked below and provide your information as well. Gelmkar also noted that users providing information should include a traceroute to the realm you're reporting the high latency on. The sourced link below also comes with an additional URL that leads to a tutorial for creating traceroutes.
