Blizzard announces World of Warcraft's Comic Contest (year 3) - Image 1

Got a funny World of Warcraft experience or idea that's just begging to be immortalized as a comic? Blizzard has just announced the beginning of this year's round of Comic Contests, bringing with it more opportunities for fame and collectible goodies, at least for the folks who join.

Every month until the contest's end, one entry will be chosen as a winner, and will in turn be awarded several prizes for their work. The loots at stake for this year are one WoW 60-Day pre-paid time card, and one WoW Battle Chest game set. The Battle Chest in particular will be signed by Blizzard's Creative Development VP, Chris Metzen, and Art Director Chris Robinson.

Those interested in joining this contest will have until March 31 next year (2009) to send their comics. Those who want a closer look at the contests official rules will find them readily available at Blizzard's official WoW site via the source link.
