Lady Vashj as interpreted by Cyril Rolando - Image 1Sure, World of Warcraft players have hunted her down, but why not simply draw fanart of her for a change?

That's what Cyril Roland did for Lady Vashj, and now Blizzard blue poster Vaneras has honored the artist by calling attention to the work of art on the European WoW forums.

Yup, that's the masterpiece you're seeing on the right. Looking like an eerie amalgam of the legendary monster Medusa and Hindu god Shiva, Lady Vashj struck us as the personification of dark beauty and malevolence rolled into one.

If this or any other World of Warcraft-themed fanart has inspired you to draw your own, then good for you, as Vaneras has invited artists to express themselves and enrich the WoW community at the same time.

Should you be interested in submitting fanart of your own, feel free to check out Blizzard's fanart submission guidelines care of the source link below.
