It was previously mentioned that Blizzard will slowly be implementing progressive changes into the current 2.4.0 patch of World of Warcraft. However, many of the posters on the WoW forums have spoken up demanding that Blizzard show them the goods.

Fortunately, Blizzard Poster Nethaera has addressed some of the concerns voiced out on the forums. She explained that with all the major class changes in 2.3.2, the developers wanted to see how they played out before adding any more to the new patch.

Any new changes should be arriving soon enough, Nethaera explained, and that it was not their intention to create huge "undocumented" changes in the current patch. Instead, everyone should just watch out for the staggered release of the Test Patch notes that should be due some time soon.

As for the flow of information on these "progressive changes", Nethaera explained how they plan on rationing them out by saying:

We generally will add in more than one note at a time and try to batch them together. Sometimes we'll just add one, but it will be one we want to make sure gets in as soon as possible for people.

There isn't any particular way we can easily call out which notes are the newer ones without adding some extra work on that end, but there are programs that people can easily use to compare one set of notes to another if you aren't easily able to identify what is new.
