WoW patch 2.1.1 - Image 1After releasing the shortest patch note ever for World of Warcraft last month, Blizzard came up with a new one quite recently that is mostly concerned about bug fixes. Yup, there is now patch 2.1.1 and the changes are as follows:

  • Players will now be able to properly destroy the th in the quest,"The Fel and the Furious".
  • Gladiator's Plate Legguards: Fixed a graphical display error.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some systems to see terrain holes appear in the distance.
  • Stackable items retrieved from mail will no longer automatically stack in your inventory. This has been disabled pending a future patch fix.
  • Players will no longer see the flickering terrain issues that were introduced with 2.1.0 when the LOD system is enabled.
Among these improvements, we believe that the most important one is the fix employed for the quest "The Fel and the Furious". It's really a waste of players' time to go and try to finish that quest only to find out that they won't be able to complete it.

On a last note, Blizzard also mentioned that there might be some changes that were "unintentionally omitted" in this patch note, so be on the lookout for those.
