Bornakk on new mounts and riding skill tiers in WoW - Image 1 Players have been complaining on the official World of Warcraft forums about the lack of mount selections in the video game. More than one poster has also inquired about the possibility of adding a new tier to the riding skill when Wrath of the Lich King goes live.

Community Manager Bornakk addressed all of these players saying that they have already added new mounts. A good example would be the broom mount which will be made available when Hallow's End starts. This is good news for the MMORPG's players who are getting tired of their current mounts.

Those who were asking for a new tier to the riding skill may be disappointed because Blizzard has no plans of adding one as explained by Bornakk in his post. While he didn't justify why they aren't' making the addition, we can probably assume that they don't want to further complicate the current system before ironing out all the bugs and balancing issues first.

While the lack of a new riding tier may disappoint those who want to get around the video game world more quickly, we can at least look forward to new mounts by the end of this month.
