Children's Week is coming - Image 1

Thanks to a quick post on WoW Insider, we realized a couple of things about World of Warcraft that are certainly bound to excite patient fans of the game. First is the fact that 2.1 will reintroduce Children's Week to Azeroth and Outland. More importantly, we can expect Patch 2.1 before May ends.

The first tip-off to 2.1 is the above shot we took of Blizzard's events calendar. They quietly changed the announcement for Children's Week from being a specific week in May to being on the same week that Patch 2.1 comes out. Now for the second logical step. Since May 2007 and Patch 2.1 are in the same picture, as you can see on top, it stands to reason that Patch 2.1 will be upon us within the next two weeks.

Of course, it's also going to be a sad day for us, since we won't be able to get as much news on the latest downed bosses, but we're certain that the World First Kill of the new bosses in Black Temple and beyond will be close at hand once 2.1 hits the Blizzard Updater software.
