Blizzard's World of Warcraft MMORPG - Image 1If you play on the Blizzard's Europe World of Warcraft servers and regularly log on the Public Test Realms, listen up. According to Community Manager Vaneras, all the PTR servers will be shut down for maintenance from January 7 to 10.

He said that the servers will be shutdown on January 7 at 6:00 P.M. and should be up and running by the evening of January 10. We're not really sure what kind of maintenance Blizzard plans on performing but three days seems like a long time if it were something minor.

While some players might be a bit disappointed at this turn of event, there is a bright side. Blizzard might be putting in a new patch. We're hoping that the PTRs get some fixes and more content when they go back.
