Teamwork - Image 1

The Burning Crusade has been out... what? Less than 48 hours? And somebody's already reached level cap? Yup, somebody was actually insane enough to play 28 hours straight to grind from level 60 to 70.

It's a mage named Gawell on the Archimonde server (EU-PvP) and from what we hear, he comes from a great guild called Millenium. We say they're great since they were the ones who backed him up in the exp rush. Before the mad shrieks of "How dare he?! Infidel!" - Gawell was prepared with a planning before going for level 70.

According to Gawell, he slept from 2 P.M. to 10 P.M. on Monday to prepare for the mad mob grinding. Millenium's entire roster gave a hand during the 28 hour grind-a-thon as they were assigned specific tasks to keep the mage leveling at the fastest rate possible. He dinged at level 70 at 4:04 A.M. (CET), January 17 at Netherstorm (Mana forge, though he didn't specify which one.)

Great teamwork and amazing endurance has made this level cap story possible. Now we wonder, what's next?

I have to say that if I could I would at least try, I have a job and school and a family though so I could never do that.

Good job. Now what do you do?

Everyone's response to this news runs along the lines of "OMG GET A LIFE".

Why?

Because he took a day off to play a game he really liked? 28 hours is a bit much for me, but I could see myself doing it if I had the time.

Everyone has days where they just sit around and do nothing, apparently one of his was the day of the BC release.

Besides, who's got less of a life? Those of you who have spent 10+ hours on 60-61 alone? Or someone who is done with leveling and now has plenty of time to kill.

My point is that he wasn't a "loser" or that he "needs to get a life"; He was just extremely efficient.

extremely efficient?
isn't it supposed to be a game? sounds more like a job, or a chore.
why do people bother
