While the highly publicized World of WarcraftRon Paulsupport march has already transpired, it's interesting to note that someone took the time out to cover the politically-inclined WoW event and share some insights about the event itself.
Using a gnome mage created especially for the World of WarcraftRon Paul march, GamePolitics (GP) opted to literally and figuratively keep an objective distance from the queue of avatars for the duration of the event.
GP the gnome followed the line of marchers from Ironforge all the way to Stormwind, but stopped short of proceeding to Westfall. According to GP, the Ron Paul march went relatively well, in spite of some rude behavior and snide remarks from non-participants.
GP also mentioned that, if anything, Ron Paul's supporters have at least found a unique way to "harness the social and political potential of the game space."
