Blue-posting air-borne Blizzard official Tigole just snuck in a word in the WoW Forums that they're patching in a Hot Fix within the next 24 hours. The fix will concern mostly with the Lady Vashj (no need to knot tongues for it, it's simply pronounced as "Vash") encounter.

When the fix goes live, there'll now be some slight adjustments to the hitpoints of some of the adds that spawn during the event.

So, the next time you go for the Battle of Mount Hyjal to take the Vial of Eternity from Lady Vashj, make sure to keep this in mind. You never know what snake-head might throw at you next.
