WoW login issues - Image 1This next issue is currently on-going, we believe, so listen up if you think that your WoW account may be affected. Over at the official community site of  WoW Europe, a handful of players are reporting login issues at their respective servers. Part of the problem was easily resolved, but it seems that the issue persisted in the realm Chromaggus.

World of Warcraft players are generally a patient bunch, and some of them always encourages Blizzard and its moderators whenever something like this happens. However, what they can't understand is why realms would go down during regular maintenance days.

A couple of others even pointed out that a glitch like this is understandable whenever patches are being implemented. But the thing is that it's just a normal and routine maintenance. Blizzard's Aeus helped explained the situation as he posted,

Obviously this isn't an ideal situation and people want to play, but we're really not doing this on purpose. There's loads of hardware and internet lines and it can happen that something goes wrong. That's why we have so many techies here. They've been working on this from the beginning and I hear they're getting closer to a resolution. There isn't much concrete I can offer to this, but an honest apology.

Well, we're pretty sure that things will indeed be fixed in time. However, our hats are off to Blizzard, since it's pretty rare, and therefore remarkable, how one big company can admit that something went wrong and actually apologized for the matter.
