Female human mage featured in Blizzard's World of Warcraft MMORPG - Image 1With the amount of lore written into World of Warcraft, it's a small wonder that a lot of people enjoy running their own little role-playing fantasies on this epic MMO title.

People over at the WoW Europe forums were definitely excited when Blizzard Poster Vaneras announced that there will be a couple of role-playing tidbits sneaked into the next Blizzcast episode from Blizzard.

The news was received with considerable warmth by the posters on the forums as role-playing fans of the game were definitely looking forward to the upcoming third Blizzcast. There were no definite details of what these RP features will entail, but it was hinted that Blizzard will continue to develop things which will step up the role-playing elements of WoW.

Here's a direct quote from Vaneras made on the WoW Europe forums regarding the Blizzcast:

In the next Blizzcast, one of the topics that will be talked about is role-playing. It is not an excessive amount of information that will be unveiled as it is only one question that will be answered, but it talks about some things that should be of interest to role-players, such as our plans to continue developing things that are for role-playing.
