The first boss of the Black Temple, a big hulking naga by the name of High Warlord Naj'entus, was downed on the Public Test Realm (PTR) by a Blizzard GM during a run by the Risen Guild.

You can click on the image on the right to check the loot: Tide Stomper's Greaves, Ring of Calming Waves, and Plans: Dawnsteel Bracers. We haven't the vaguest idea as to what the GM was thinking when he gave Naj'entus (one of Lady Vashj's lackeys) the kiss - err... touch of death (death touched or instant kill). Anyway, the raid may have been pretty intense and we're sure other players are also getting a taste of what the Black Temple would feel like.
