WoW logo - Image 1Is Blizzard planning a new in-game event for World of Warcraft? That appears to be the latest speculation being discussed among the guys over at WoW's Public Test Realms, which indicate that patch 2.2's notes included a hefty amount of new spells categorized under "Brewfest."

Notable (and rather self-explanatory) spells spotted in the list include "Throw Brewfest Mug", "Brewfest Racing Ram", and "Brewfest Keg Tapping Buff". Given the evidence, we can only assume one thing: Blizzard appears to be setting up their very own Oktoberfest for players.

This is just speculation of course. Stick around in case Blizzard lets out an official announcement relating to this possibility, or - as WoW Insider's Mike Schramm puts it - if the Pandaren will be making their appearance once again.
