Surfing over the World of Warcraft Forums, we found an interesting thread called "Reasonable Arguments" by Ioe. We really can imagine how something with the word reasonable can be showered by Infernal meteors.
The OP (opening post) was about the changes that patch 2.1.0 entails and she expressed disdain over a lot of players who do nothing but complain (or QQ) over the forums. The post was neutral and pretty logical, Blizzard blue Tseric contributed to this and agreed with the OP. The basic gist of what he said was "don't worry, the changes aren't final yet - that's why it's called a test realm".
This was met with - you guessed it, Infernal rain. So what is it with the flame rain? Well, maybe because the good CM said this:
A part of this involves clear feedback from the community. Anyone can say whether they like something or not, but it is far more beneficial to us for players to provide details and specific points to illustrate their concerns. Providing specific posting on a particular issue gives the developers specific points to investigate and measure, so they can decide what specific changes can or should be made, rather than just offering a simple opinion on the matter.
Players argued that the PTR patchnotes are rarely changed and feedback from the players are mostly ignored. Hmm... So what do you guys think? Would it really pay to be pessimistic about it and not be disappointed later? Or would it be better to hope for the best and expect the worst?
