Some screenshots allegedly taken from Blizzard's alpha testing of World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion Wrath of the Lich King have been circulating as of late, much to the delight of many gamers anxious to see what the game looks like.

While some would obviously (and rightfully) question the validity of these screenshots, various sources including those from WoW Insider have confirmed the validity of the images. Still, it might be good not to get your hopes up too much in case some of the images are proven to be fake.
