It pays to have friends and a good reputation, both in real life and in the World of Warcraft. The people of Shattrath City, the Sha'tar are offering great rewards for players with a good reputation. In an expansion factions update, Blizzard lists all the items that players can get from the Sha'tar.

The faction is offering a good deal of items. For the reputation Friendly for example, the designs for the Insightful Earthstorm Diamond is up for grabs for 12 gold. The other rewards for Honored and Revered range from designs, formulas, enchants, trinkets and even the Warpforged Key, which unlocks the Hero difficulty in the dungeons of Tempest Keep. An Exalted reputation offers the Sha'tar tabard, a shield, a gevel and others.
