Some people still seem to be having problems completing the Skywing escort quest in World of Warcraft, as evidenced by a post recently made on the WoW forums by Reduxx. All that freezing is hopefully going to be history thanks to patch 2.3.2, however.
According to Blizzard poster Hortus, the bug that causes Skywing to freeze should be fixed in the 2.3.2 patch. This is good news for all the players who don't have the time, patience, or resources to use the Skywing freeze bug workaround we posted a couple of weeks ago.
Just for reference, the Skywing quest gives those who complete it a choice between the Redeemer's Plate, the Skywitch Hat and Stillfire Leggings. Players also receive a Miniwing, an item that they can use to summon and dismiss their bird, upon completion of the quest.
