TBC

Now that The Burning Crusade is out to conquer store shelves, more and more players are getting all hyped up about the Dark Portal. But there are some who are not quite pleased with their BC experience. Going over the website, Playfuls, we found an article about some people having problems with the grand opening of the Dark Portal.

Apparently, one European RP-PvP server experienced a server crash, but it was a good thing that everything went back to normal in a jiffy, so those with level 58 characters were able to pass through. The article also mentioned the opening of the new European realms, but they mentioned that instead of them new realms going live at January 16, 00:01, they went live an hour and a half early, so you could just imagine the reactions of those players, who didn't know about the early opening, and who tried to get in on a later time.

But this is just the beginning anyway and there are bound to be some glitches as Blizzard and WoW players head for more stable playing grounds. Nonetheless, this tidbit still doesn't prove that CareerLink prediction about how dire the clogging of the game and servers are going to be.
