Blood Legion's Furi and the Twin Blades of Azzinoth - Image 1

With everything World of Warcraft-related that's happening these days, here's something that will bring back everybody's attention to the game itself: somebody has finally completed the Twin Blades of Azzinoth.

That somebody is Blood Legion's Furi. The Warglaives that make up the set drop from Illidan Stormrage, the Twin Blades' wielder, in the Black Temple. Various guilds have downed Illidan before - Forte got the main hand Warglaive back in late June and Drama got the off-hander a couple of days ago - but this is the first time that the Twin Blades have been seen carried around by a single player.

For a look at how much the Warglaives pump a player up, click on the image up top. The screenshot was posted by Blood Legion's Shujenka on the official World of Warcraft forums.

 » Curious...

After maybe only 30 Illidan kills this guys gets 2 legendary weapons. ???

Sorry, even if you are hardcore, that is too often. Time for Blizzard to lower the drop rate or redefine the defintion of "Legendary"

So killing Illidan isn't legendary enough for you? You want to lower the drop rate to 0.1%? Oh yeah, sure, with the 1% of guilds who are somewhat able to defeat Illidan, an 0.1% drop rate would really make the TWIN blades worth getting.
