Upper Deck Entertainment recently detailed three cards for the March of the Legion set which also offer in-game items as a reward: the Paper Airplane, Robotic Homing Chicken, and Kiting 101 cards.
These cards offer both useful rewards for the trading card game, and also confer cool new items for the online version of Blizzard's World of Warcraft.
The most common loot item from March of the Legion happens to be the Paper Airplane in-game item. Each use of the item creates a paper airplane that you store in your backpack. Just like the Heavy Leather Ball, this paper airplane can be thrown and passed around amongst players, which is really cool.
The second item we're talking about today is the Robotic Homing Chicken. In in-game loot terms, you're presented with a robotic chicken with two rockets strapped to its back. The cosmetic pet does one of two things when idle: either it hovers using the rockets, or it gets blasted off into space. Either way, the pet looks like a wholesome addition to your game.
Lastly, we have Kiting 101. As you can probably guess, Kiting 101 offers a code that creates an actual flying replica of Onyxia that'll follow you around for a short while when activated. Also, if you fly the kite around long enough, lightning strikes it!
There you have it folks, a new card set and three new loot cards ripe for the picking. You couldn't ask for anything more! For additional information, feel free to check the source link page for a more full-fledged description of the three. Enjoy!
