World of Warcraft miniatures game out this Fall - Image 1 You won't necessarily have to play the MMORPG and the Trading Card Game just to experience Blizzard's World of Warcraft  - thanks to Upper Deck Entertainment which will be releasing WoW miniatures this Fall.

The World of Warcraft Miniatures Game will be UDE's debut in the collectible miniatures market, featuring iconic characters from Warchief Thrall to fan-favorite Leeroy Jenkins.

Each of the mini models will be mounted on a uniquely engineered base, allowing it to be a game piece and a collector's item at the same time.

Being
inspired from the MMORPG, the Miniatures Game will also feature standalone raids and dungeon scenarios, letting players play cooperatively against other players or automated dungeons.

Organize Play structure will be launched to support this upcoming miniature game, including
hobby in-store tournament programs, Darkmoon Faire tournament events, and National and World Championship tournaments.

With this upcoming game, Justin Gary, World of Warcraft Miniatures Product Manager and Lead Game Designer, said:

We are very excited to be entering the collectible miniatures category, and there is no better property for the hobby market than World of Warcraft. We worked closely with Blizzard to ensure that the miniatures met a high standard of quality and that the gameplay was true to the online experience.
