Dedication. Tons of dedication, practice on Blizzard's Public Test Realms and a lot of guts. That's probably what it took for Nihilum to do the seemingly impossible and pull off four world first kills right after 2.1 was initiated and the Black Temple was opened to the public.
Nihilum managed to kill the World of Warcraft's Kael'Thas Sunstrider, Rage Winterchill, grab Black Temple attunement, and then systematically smash through High Warlord Naj'entus and Supremus, all in one day. Talk about amazing. It probably took them a ton of tries on the PTRs just to take them down, and they managed to do all of it in one day.
As for their loot, you can find it on the read link below. Needless to say, we're impressed, and we wish Nihilum the best in the race to acquiring more world firsts.
