A lot of questions are floating about now that the first phase of World of Warcraft's Arena Tournament for this year are well underway. For one, some of you are probably wondering what the tournament's policies are with regards to mods.

Well, you're in luck: player Elipsey posted some related questions over at the official WoW forums regarding mods, and when the players will begin travelling for the qualifiers.

Blizzard community manager Bornakk was quick to reply with these answers:

1. Traveling would occur at the live Regional Qualifier events. The top 4 teams from each qualifier round will be invited and flown out to the live regional qualifier event to compete for cash prizes and a chance to be invited to the 2008 World of Warcraft Global Invitational Arena Championships.
2. Mods will not be allowed for the live events.
3. Mods that are allowed by the ToU and EULA are allowed for the online phase, but as stated above, they will not be allowed at the live events.
