WoW Europe: Season 2 titles and Mounts mixup still under investigation - Image 1

We had previously noted that Drysc announced several realm shutdowns to remedy the mix-ups being reported for Season 2 arena titles and Nether Drakes. Unfortunately, it looks like the said maintenance didn't completely fix the problem. Blue-texter Salthem states that Blizzard is still looking into the matter:

The investigation into the incorrect awarding of Season 2 titles and mounts is still ongoing across all regions (Europe, the US and Korea).

Though we are aware of your concerns over the delay to resolving this issue, due to the scale and intricacies involved implementing a full solution requires further time and attention. We ask for your patience while the investigation continues, and assure you that it is still a top priority.

As a recap, the initial report that was sent in last November stated that several players were getting wrong arena titles. The other error that was reported by members was that those who were supposed to in Season 2 Nether Drakes instead received the Season 1 Nether Drake.  Stick around in case Blizzard makes any further announcements.
