Moonglade area in Blizzard's World of Warcraft - Image 1Spring usually denotes a time for growth, rebirth and guiding the wayward spirits back into the world they belong to. Druids and other celebrants from various walks of life will convene on this most solemn event heralding the new season. At least this is how it works according to the lore of Blizzard's World of Warcraft.

The WoW Europe community will be celebrating the equivalent of the real-life May day event in the game through the Spring Celebration this May 11, beginning at 8:30 p.m. PDT on the Moonglade server. Those of you who want to welcome the season can meet up with Cirindris of the Cenarion Circle at the Moonwell by Auberdine for a time of food, fun and merry celebration.

Celebrants of this event are advised to wear bright clothing and bring a lantern to walk the path to the shrine of Aessina. This is to ensure that any lost spirits find their way back into the spirit world and find a restful existence afterwards. Those of you who want to get into the "spirit" of things had better bring some extra food and a light to thoroughly enjoy this player-bonding in-game event.
