World of Warcraft Shammies get updates for patch 2.3 - Image 1 Apparently, it's not just World of Warcraft's rogues that look to see some helpful changes come game patch 2.3.0. Blizzard representative Eyonix explained that Shamans are looking to receive some updates come the next patch as well, in light of a question posed by player Hmmbeef at the WoW forums.

According to Eyonix, the class' Frost Shock spell will no longer be subject to diminishing returns mechanics come 2.3.0 - guys on the spell's receiving end will may consider this an early warning. Skills that are not expected to be affected by the next game update are the Shaman's stun ability, and Totem GCD removal.

Aside from this quick update for WoW's resident Shammies, Eyonix provided for details on voice chat - which was deactivated come patch 2.2 - and the upcoming Zul'Aman instance. The Blizzard spokesman explained that voice that was expected to expected to be activated soon. Zul'Aman was also reportedly done - the devs just needed to load it onto the Public test Realms for the usual round of testing.
