WoW Forums: Ironforge Gryphon to Quel'Danas bugged - Image 1If you're an Alliance player heading for the new Isle of Quel'Danas that came in with World of Warcraft's patch 2.4, you may want to be careful. Player Aramid reports over at the WoW forums that Ironforge's gryphon flight to this new isle is apparently bugged. As Aramid elaborated:

So I took the gryphon from Ironforge to the Isle of Quel'Danas and it gives the new loading screen to make the flight trip shorter, except this time i noticed a fatigue bar on my screen while in flight. The gryphon must have have wandered off to far or something...The fatigue bar eventually runs out as I pass over Sunwell plateau and I die.

What makes this bug particularly annoying is that players can't resurrect since they died too far off the ground. This in turn forces them to endure the resurrection sickness imposed when they respawn at their graveyard.

Blizzard's Drysc dropped by the forum to note that the bug had already been reported, and that the devs plan to resolve it in a future update. Drysc further notes that it was still unclear whether the bug could be addressed with a hot fix. Those who may have experienced this bug are further advised to report their experience to Drysc as soon as possible, via WoW's bug report forums.
