Wondering why World of Warcraft's voice chat option disappeared from your game interface? Apparently, you're not the only one with this issue. Player Aelfinn over at the WoW Forums reports similar problem - the voice chat option that's normally found on WoW's sound tab was visibly missing.

Nethaera visited the bug report thread that this is apparently an known issue. As she further elaborated:

It is known that on some realms the Voice Chat is unavailable. This is being worked on at current to restore its availability.

A further read of the thread indicates that Blizzard may have temporarily taken down the voice chat option to address some problems. It's note currently clear what sort of problems these are, though we'll try to update as soon as we receive any more related news.
