World of Warcraft - Image 1

Last month, we reported that the bug concerning Gladiator Plate Legguards was going to be fixed in the latest World of Warcraft patch. Well, the patch has dropped and players have checked. As it turns out, the bug is still there.

A WoW player named Cribb has reported on the game's official forums that the graphical display error in the Gladiator's Plate Legguards is still showing up even after installing client patch 2.1.1. The problem is that a graphic on the boots that covered the knees is now gone. This has resulted in the Gladiator's Plate Legguards looking like "the Gladiator's Biker Shorts of Demonic Fury", as described by forum poster Mandragoran.

Various workarounds were suggested including cleaning out the cache and renaming the WTF and WDB folders but the graphical error still exists. Blizzard poster Hortus has said that "it's starting to look like a problem with the patch" and that it "may have to wait till the next patch to get properly fixed."
