This time though, it's the other way around. Get this: the makers of WoW Glider complaint says that Blizzard trying to kill their distribution.
WoW Glider's complaint suggests that Blizzard has been attempting to strong-arm them into stopping distribution based on alleged copyright and DMCA violation. Funny thing is that it seems that WoW Glider's makers are jumping in with the first lawsuit.
