Some players have been complaining about the performance of some of the blue posters or community managers (CMs) in the World of Warcraft forums. It has reached a point where players are asking, "Where have all the Blues gone? We'd like some useful replies out of you guys for a change."
Please note, however, that this isn't a one sided thing. Some players have gone to the defense of the CMs, saying that the forums is a place where the
players discuss the game. It was never not intended to be a hotline to
Blizzard nor a place where players will get an answer
to all game-related questions.
Of course this thread did not go unnoticed, Forum Moderator/ Blizzard Poster Nethaera gave out an e-mail address where players can send their complaints or problems regarding the community managers. Have they really become useless? This blogger would like to think they haven't, and quite a few players apparently feel the same way.
