World of Warcraft Rogue - Image 1It looks like there's been a slip over the change notes for World of Warcraft's Public test Realms. According to Trivonus over at the official WoW forums, Blizzard has apparently removed the buffs for the rogue's Dirty Deeds talent from the most recent PTR patch notes.

As a recap, the Dirty Deeds talent cuts down the energy cost of the rogue's Cheap Shot and Garrote abilities by a certain amount depending on the character's level. It's a favorite talent for stun lock builds, which would explain why there's quite an uproar over at the thread. Far from another character class nerfing, however, the removal of the talent's buffs seems to be just a clerical error. As blue-texter Drysc explained:

No, it wasn't removed, it just hasn't made the patch notes yet. Just another one of the issues when releasing the PTR notes before the PTR is actually up. *grumble*

The patch notes are being updated constantly, you'll actually notice some missing stuff from the PTR build that was released and the web notes.

Guys who are keeping an eye on the PTR changes will want to be careful this time around, as there's been complaints that parts of the notes looked rushed, or were missing important information.
