According to reports from several players, Blizzard has upgraded World of Warcraft's Public Test Realms with a new unlockable badge gear vendor. This info was confirmed shortly after a recent report of the equally new Sunwell Badge Loot that was being tested on the PTRs in line with game patch 2.4.
The new vendor, Smith Hauthaa, will sell you the new gear after you complete her "Making Ready" quest. Here's a general price list for the new equipment:
- 150 badges for the two-handers, the crossbow and the one-handed caster weapons.
- 105 badges for the main hand melee weapons.
- 45 badges for the off-hand melee weapons.
- 100 badges for chest and leg armor.
- 75 badges for waist, belt, and foot armor.
- 60 badges for the rings.
Keep in mind that this is currently in the PTR, meaning that the pricing will be subject to change before it hits the public realms. Test realm residents interested in viewing the new wares will want to visit the Isle of Quel'Danas, accessible via teleporter in the center of Shattrath city.
