A new World of Warcraft patch has been released. This isn't the same as patch 2.1.0, but it is related to it. Kind of like a little brother or cousin, but not. Apologies, but the correct analogy escapes me.

Anyway, the new patch is tagged as patch 2.1.0.6729 and holds the distinction of having perhaps the shortest patch notes ever found in the long history of WoW patches. In fact, it's so short that this blogger's just trying vainly to keep the word count up on this article.

Since it looks like I've succeeded in my endeavor, then here we go. Without further ado, the patch notes for WoW patch 2.1.0.6729:
  • Fixed a crash in the client
Yep, that's it. The patch is only 1.75 MB, so it shouldn't take that long to download. Hopefully this fix will address some of the complaints that surfaced after patch 2.1 went live.
