World of Warcraft - Image 1

An inconsistency has been found with the "Cheat Death" talent. Gamer Paulane noted in the World of Warcraft forums that sometimes it will work, but there are times when it suffers hiccups and does something else.

In Paulane's case, the hiccup happened at a critical moment. Instead of letting Paulane avoid a damaging attack, the character's equipped items instead suffered a 10 percent durability loss, ultimately ending in the character dying.

Blizzard poster Wilhelmas gave a reply saying that a fix will be included in a future patch. In the meantime, try not to stake your life on this Rogue talent.
