 We mentioned yesterday that World of Warcraft Priests are not quite happy with what the Before the Storm patch did to their kind. Apparently, a good number of players feel that developer Blizzard Entertainment is short changing them when it comes to leveling, mana and certain skills.
On the contrary, it seems that Warriors are having a grand time with the changes the patch brought. The following are the exact words of WoW moderator Tseric:
Just to let you know, a hotfix for Mace Spec should be going in sometime soon that should increase the rage awarded on proc, but lower the proc rate. The proc should roughly be 11% with a 3.80 speed weapon, 8% with a 2.80 speed, and 4% with a 1.70 speed. The rage awarded should now be 6 points on proc. The tooltip will reflect this in a future patch.
Hmm... What do you think guys? While the changes mentioned are good ones, Tseric mentioned as well that those will go live during the next patch. Before the Storm, as we have mentioned, was just recently released. After that, full expansion The Burning Crusade will be released. We wonder where and when this "future patch" would exactly fall under.
Oh well, we'll just see once TBC is already released. We are pretty sure anyway that the next patch will be available not too long after the release. In the meanwhile, we guess we'll just put aside our priest character and mace our way in Azeroth as warriors.
