World of Warcraft warlocks getting a new summonable flying mount? - Image 1Apparently, World of Warcraft's warlocks are wondering when they can expect to get their very own summonable flying mount. This question arose in light of the druid's Epic flight form, which is granted to druids following a very long and difficult quest line. As it stands, Warlocks can summon ground-based mounts (i.e. Felsteed and Dreadsteed), though they're limited to the same selection of flying mounts as everybody else.

Here was Bornakk's statement regarding the possibility of Warlocks getting a new summonable flying mount:

We do like adding additional flying mounts to the game, but it has to feel right when we do it. We didn’t want to push for a ground version for the Druid in Azeroth, but waited for the expansion and the Druid Flight Form fit in great. While we have no Warlock specific ones planned, we do plan to continue making them like the Engineering and Cenarion Expedition mounts that are coming soon.

Guys who may have been polishing up on their engineering skill may find this bit of news enticing. We'll get back to you if more details are provided for these two upcoming mounts that Bornakk's hinted at. As for the locks reading this, at least the Nether Drake mixes well with you guys, right?
