Lest you forget, we're reminding you guys that World of Warcraft will be celebrating the Winter Veil festival in just a couple of weeks. Yes - it's time again to start piling up those snowballs, folks.
While there haven't been any official announcements yet, it appears that the people over at the official forums are curious as to what Blizzard may be planning to add to this year's festivities. From the looks of it, even their moderators are wondering about the same thing too. As Nethaera stated at the forums:
It's one of my favorite celebrations in Azeroth. I don't know what's in store just yet. I guess we'll all have to wait and see. :)
The update from the blue-texter didn't deter the players from coming up with their own Winter Veil possibilities. Wondering what they're been brainstorming over at the forums? Here are some of our favorite ideas:
- New Winter Veil-Themed bosses in pre-BC dungeons that drop phat epic loots. - by Skwigelf
- How about an Evil Greatfather Winter with his horde of angry gnomish helpers. The only thing they'll help you do is die! - by Zlaad
- you know, I wouldn't mind an event boss that appeared and the only way to do damage would be to throw snowballs. - by Temperius
