 We never knew that the guild politics in the Europe World of Warcraft has a bit of drama in it too. We found an interesting thread on the WoW Europe Forums that just felt like a soap opera.
The story: Lewt, a former Nihilum member started a thread that says that the guild's world first kill on Vashj was due to an exploit on the bugged instance. To quote part of his opening post:
The bug was when she gets to 20% you wipe and have a paladin DS. Then she will go back into phase 2 when the encounter is resetting it knocks off her hp per pylon then she will be left on 1hp(5% per pylon) Then a priest will ss and sw:d her.
Lewt also supplied a screenshot that pretty much showed how he did it (on the right). Nihilum's guild leader, Kungen answered the accusations and supplied three of his own screenshots (below). After which, Lewt slung more mud when he said that Nihilum buys gold, and that Kungen invites people to raids in exchange of favors. The most interesting part perhaps is when he said that Awake (Nihilum's second in command) pays for Kungen's real life bills.
We think poster Gruden's reaction is apt for the ocassion: "Nihilum, exploit accusations, dramah and references to vael(s room) all in the same thread, comedy goldmine.." So far, there hasn't been any Blizzard posters in sight and the thread has gone to 22 pages as we speak. Though we did spot a number of players in other top raiding guilds there: Method, Forte, and Curse.
In any case, we'd like to see where the drama eventually ends. Stay tuned.
