Not being able to change your character's appearance after creation is considered by some players to be a drag. This has been an old complaint among Blizzard's World of Warcraft players, and the natives have been getting more and more restless with more than a dozen of threads regarding this.

Now, a lot of people have said that it is possible for the guys at Blizzard to implement this, so why haven't they? There are many ways to implement the changes such as through an NPC or even through the character selection/creation screen. What we would like to see however, (although we know it probably won't happen) is scarring and aging on our characters. We want to see scars with every wound/damage received by our characters ala Fable.

Of course like all discussions on topics such as this, the posters came up with some outlandish ideas such as a new profession: Plastic Surgeon. Come on Blizzard, we know you listen to your players, throw us a bone and add in the ability to customize our characters after creation.
