This news just hot off the presses: World of Warcraft Europe's renowned raid guild Nihilum has just downed the remaining bosses of the Black Temple, right before the final showdown with Illidan Stormrage himself. And that's not all, according to World of Raid's reporter and Curse guild member Teza, Curse also had followed suit soon thereafter.
Three hours after Curse killed Mother Shahraz, they, too, managed to down the Illidari Council in one fell swoop for the North American side. Who gets to Illidan first and steal the gauntlet cup is still unknown at this point, but it's a fair call to bet the Nihilum is definitely in the lead on the last leg of the Black Temple instance.
But seeing as Blizzard did promise a sizeable challenge when facing against the Night Elf Betrayer with the new live content patch, even with a full Level 70 raid group, all Nihilum and Curse will have to rely on is their skill, coordination, and prior encounters with Illidan back in the World of Warcraft Public Test Realms.
