If you plan on testing Arena Season 3 on World of Warcraft PTR patch 2.3.0, be advised that a few major bugs have been discovered by the MMORPG's players.

Blizzard QA Hortus pointed out that the Arena Season 3 state gets reset after a server reboot causing arena vendors to disappear. Another major bug they found has the new Season 3 arena UI refusing to show up, thus preventing players from seeing their personal rating.

Hortus said that we can expect these issues to be repaired when Blizzard implements the next World of Warcraft PTR build though.
