World of Warcraft Arena queue times correction to come in future patches - Image 1

If you're finding your patience wearing thin while waiting for a chance at 2v2 Arena PvP matches, you may need to spare some more as you wait for Blizzard to solve the unusually long queue times. Blizzard hasn't addressed the issue with patch 2.3.2 for sure, so is it coming to World of Warcraft when patch 2.3.3 arrives?

According to community manager Tharfor of the European WoW Forums, a solution is cooking for a future patch though the target version hasn't been set. They've got an idea that should reduce waiting times even during peak Arena activity, though the long wait times won't be eliminated completely. How, you ask?

"The idea is to allow for more arena instances to be active in a shorter time," said Tharfor, which could mean Blizzard would either set a shorter time limit for an Arena match to occur or at least accelerate the pace at which the match progresses. We're not sure how the idea is going to be implemented, however, so you'll have to keep you eyes peeled for more updates on this.
