Songbreeze from the Dragonmaw realm in World of Warcraft posted her concern. She quoted her combat log from the game. It had "Rogue gains Cheat Death.", "Your Shadow Word: Death is absorbed by Rogue." and "You suffer 732 Shadow damage from Shadow Word: Death."

This seemed to be a bug to her. She wanted it to be fixed fast so that it wouldn't bother her or other unsuspecting players in the game.

Blizzard Community Manager Hortus thinks the opposite regarding this specific glitch. He replied to this post by saying:

First, this isn't new to the PTR so it doesn't belong in this forum. Second this is not a a bug. Absorbed damage is still considered to be dealt.

This is certainly interesting. It seems that not everything that seems odd are bugs. Well, things like this can certainly add some variety in to the game. Check back on our site for more.
