Some people in World of Warcraft have been finding it impossible to copy their characters into the PTR server. It's pretty weird since the character copy page seems to be working fine, but when they check their PTR character select screen, they're not finding any copies of their hero.
Well, players have to take note that there is a limit to the number of characters they can copy to the Public Test Realm server. Blizzard Localization QA Tootamia mentioned that the problem has been forwarded but for now, they don't know when it will be fixed.
Tootamia added that players should not hesitate letting them know if "there is any change in the situation". Well, looking on the bright side, at least Blizzard already knows about the problem and are probably doing everything they can to fix the problem.
Hopefully, though, this problem will be fixed sooner than later.
