Sunwell Grove - Image 1If you've been having problems with the Sunwell Raid on Blizzard's World of Warcraft Public Test Realm, you're not the only one. Apparently, the raid is not working as intended and will be shut down until further notice.

According to World of Warcraft lead encounter designer Daelo, a bug involving the Lady Sacrolash and Grand Warlock Alythess encounter is making it much more difficult than the developers intended.

He added that until the bug is fixed, they will be taking down the Sunwell Raid instance on the PTR. So far, no specific time frame has been given on the Sunwell Raid fix.

It's good that Blizzard has decided to take down the raid and see what they can do to fix the problems before it goes live on the active servers. While this may upset some of the more avid testers of the PTR server, remember that this short delay means that you can enjoy a better version of the instance when it is added to the full game.
